Trade Link is a licensed logistics and customs clearance company operating from our head office in Mombasa and our Nairobi ICD office, providing sea and air freight forwarding, customs clearance, inland transport, warehousing, and related logistics services to importers and exporters across Kenya and the wider East African region.

You may use this Site to learn about our services, request a quote, or get in touch with our team. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, and we will not be liable if the Site is unavailable at any point or for any period.

Final pricing, schedules, and terms for any shipment are confirmed separately in writing once we have verified the specific cargo details, documentation, dimensions, and route involved.

Customs regulations, import/export duties, port charges, and statutory fees established by government bodies — including the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Kenya Ports Authority (KPA), Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), and other regulatory authorities — are subject to frequent updates without prior notice. Trade Link accepts no liability for costs, delays, or fines resulting from changes made by statutory authorities or reliance on general estimates provided prior to official cargo entry.

These Terms apply solely to your use of this website. They do not form part of, nor do they override, the separate commercial terms and standard trading conditions that govern actual freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, or transport services performed by Trade Link — including any bill of lading, air waybill, consignment note, or service contract issued for a specific shipment. Freight forwarding and clearance operations are governed by our Standard Trading Conditions agreed upon separately.

While we take reasonable steps to secure communications sent through our Site and email channels, electronic transmission of data cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Important notice regarding banking details: Trade Link will never send unverified changes to our bank account details solely via informal email or messaging platforms. Always confirm bank account details by directly speaking with our accounts department at our official telephone numbers before executing any monetary transfers. We disclaim all liability for financial losses resulting from fraudulent business email compromise or third-party phishing schemes.

Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kenya.
